জাতীয় পার্টির ভারপ্রাপ্ত চেয়ারম্যান গোলাম মোহাম্মদ কাদের এমপি বলেছেন, ভবিষ্যতে জাতীয় পার্টি একটি জোটের নেতৃত্ব দেবো। তিনি আশা প্রকাশ করে বলেন, একটি সম্ভাবনাময় দল হিসেবে জাতীয় পার্টির নেতৃত্বাধীন জোট আগামী দিনে সরকার গঠন করতে পারবে। কারন জোটবদ্ধ হয়ে নির্বাচন না করলে বাংলাদেশে ভালো ফলাফল করা যাচ্ছেনা। প্রতিটি দলই জোটবদ্ধ হয়ে নির্বাচন করছে। কিন্তু বড় দলগুলোর সাথে জোটবদ্ধ হলে ছোট দলগুলো অস্তিত্ব সংকটে পড়ে। তাই জাতীয় পার্টিকে আরো শক্তিশালী করতে পারলে, আমরা আমাদের স্বকীয়তা নিয়ে রাজনীতিতে একটি জোটের নেতৃত্ব দিতে পারবো। এবং রাষ্ট্র ক্ষমতার গ্রহণে জাতীয় পার্টি নিয়ামক শক্তি হিসেবে প্রতিষ্ঠিত আছে। আগামীতে জাতীয় পার্টি সাধারন মানুষের সমর্থন নিয়ে রাষ্ট্র পরিচালনার দায়িত্ব গ্রহণ করতে পারবে।
আজ সকালে রাজধানীর এজিবি কলোনী কমিউনিটি সেন্টারে রংপুর ও রাজশাহী বিভাগীয় সাংগঠনিক সভায় বক্তৃতাকালে তিনি এ কথা বলেন।
জাতীয় পার্টির ভারপ্রাপ্ত চেয়ারম্যান গোলাম মোহাম্মদ কাদের সভাপতির বক্তৃতায় আরো বলেন, দীর্ঘ ২৯ বছরে জাতীয় পার্টি ক্ষমতার বাইরে থেকে ঘাত-প্রতিঘাত ও চাড়াই-উৎরাই পেরিয়ে, সকল প্রতিকূল পরিবেশ মোকাবেলা করে একটি শক্তিশালী রাজনৈতিক শক্তিতে পরিনত হয়েছে। পার্টি পরিচালনা প্রসঙ্গে গোলাম মোহাম্মদ কাদের এমপি আরো বলেন, পার্টি চলবে গঠনতন্ত্রের নির্দেশনায়। তৃণমূল নেতা-কর্মীদের মতামত, পরামর্শ এবং শক্তিতে জাতীয় পার্টি পরিচালিত হবে। বলেন, আমি পারিবারিক পরিচয়ে নেতৃত্ব দিতে চাইনা। পার্টির সাধারন কর্মীদের সমর্থন ও আস্থা নিয়ে জাতীয় পার্টিকে এগিয়ে নিতে চাই। সবাইকে নিয়েই রাজনীতি করতে চাই আমরা। তিনি আবারো বলেন জামিদারী বা কর্তৃত্ব করতে রাজনীতি করি না। তৃণমূলে যারা জাতীয় পার্টিকে শক্তিশালী করবে, তারাই সম্মান ও মর্যাদা নিয়ে রাজনীতি করবে আমাদের সাথে।
এসময় জাতীয় পার্টির মহাসচিব মসিউর রহমান রাঙ্গা এমপি বলেন, আওয়ামী লীগে ৫ ভাগ, বিএনপিতে ৪ ভাগ কিন্তু জাতীয় পার্টি একভাগ। জাতীয় পার্টিতে কোন কোন্দল বা দ্বন্দ নেই। কোন বিভেদ নেই জাতীয় পার্টিতে। বলেন, হুসেইন মুহম্মদ এরশাদের নির্দেশে আমরা গোলাম মোহাম্মদ কাদের এর নেতৃত্বে ঐক্যবদ্ধ। তিনি উল্লেখ করে বলেন ১৯৯৬ সালে জাতীয় পার্টির সমর্থন নিয়ে আওয়ামী লীগ ২১ বছর পর রাষ্ট্র ক্ষমতা গ্রহণ করে। এরপর প্রতিটি নির্বাচনে জাতীয় পার্টি আওয়ামী লীগের পাশে থেকে নির্বাচন করেছে। কিন্তু আওয়ামী লীগ ক্ষমতা পেয়ে জাতীয় পার্টির সাথে যে আচরণ করেছে তা মেনে নেয়া যায় না। প্রতিটি ইউনিয়ন, উপজেলা নির্বাচনে জাতীয় পার্টির বিজয় ছিনিয়ে নিয়েছে। গতকালের বগুড়ার নির্বাচনে জাতীয় পার্টির জয়ের ধারাকে ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ করেছে সরকারী দল। তিনি বলেন, পার্টিকে আরো শক্তিশালী করতে হবে। জাতীয় পার্টি শক্তিশালী ছিলো বলেই আওয়ামী লীগ জাতীয় পার্টির সাথে হাত মিলিয়েছে। জাতীয় পার্টি কখনোই লোভের কাছে মাথা নত করেনি, তাই জাতীয় পার্টিকে দালাল বলা যাবেনা। বরং আওয়ামী লীগই দালাল হিসেবে পরিচিতি পেয়েছে। জাতীয় পার্টির ৫৭টি আসনে মাত্র ২২টি আসনে ছাড় দিয়েছে।
পার্টির মহাসচিব মসিউর রহমান রাঙ্গা এমপি আরো বলেন, রংপুর-রাজশাহী বিভাগে জাতীয় পার্টির ব্যাপক সমর্থন রয়েছে। এখন শুধু জাতীয় পার্টির সমর্থকদের সংগঠনের অধিনে সংঘবদ্ধ করতে হবে। অনেকেই দল ছেড়ে চলে গেছে, অনেকে নিস্কৃয় অবস্থায় আছে। সবাইকে নিয়ে শক্তিশালী জাতীয় পার্টি গড়ে তুলতে হবে। বলেন হুসেইন মুহম্মদ এরশাদ রাষ্ট্রধর্ম ইসলাম ঘোষনা করেছেন, মসজিদ-মন্দিরের পানি, বিদ্যুত বিল মওকুফ করেছেন। দেশের ব্রীজ, কালভার্ট, রাস্তা ও ফ্লাইওভার নির্মানে হুসেইন মুহম্মদ এরশাদের ছোঁয়া আছে। তাই আগামী দিনে সাধারন মানুষ জাতীয় পার্টিকেই সমর্থন দিবে। মাহসচিব মসিউর রহমান রাঙ্গা বলেন জাতীয় পার্টির নেতা-কর্মীদের সমর্থনপুষ্ট নেতাদেরই আগামী ২০২৩ সালের নির্বাচনে জাতীয় পার্টির মনোনয়ন দেয়া হবে। নেতা-কর্মীরা চাইলে ৮টি বিভাগীয় কমিটি করা হবে, ঐ কমিটির মাধ্যমেই বিভাগীয় রাজনীতি পারিচালনা করা হবে।
সকাল থেকেই রংপুর ও রাজশাহী বিভাগ থেকে তৃণমূল নেতা-কর্মী মতিঝিল এজিবি কলোনী কমিউনিটি সেন্টারে অবস্থান নেন। তারা শ্লোগানে শ্লোগানে আশপাশের এলাকা মুখর করে তোলেন। দীর্ঘ দিন পরে পার্টি র্শীষ নেতাদের সামনে মনের কথা তুলে ধরতে পারবেন এমন প্রত্যাশায় সবার মাঝে একটা উৎসব মূখর অবস্থা বিরাজ করছিলো। সভার শুরুতে কোরআন তেলাওয়াতের পরে হুসেইন মুহম্মদ এরশাদের সুস্বাস্থ্য ও দীর্ঘ জীবন কামনা করে মুনাজাত পরিচালনা করেন হাফেজ ক্বারী রুহুল্লাহ আসিফ। জাতীয় ও দলীয় সঙ্গীতের মাধ্যমে মূল সাংগঠনিক সভায় নেতা-কর্মীরা প্রাণ খুলে মতামত দেন।
প্রতিটি জেলা, মহানগর, উপজেলা ও পৌর কমিটির নেতৃবৃন্দ বক্তৃতা করেন, জাতীয় পার্টির ভাইস চেয়ারম্যান ও বগুড়া জেলা সভাপতি শরিফুল ইসলাম জিন্নাহ এমপি, যুগ্ম-মহাসচিব ও নওগা জেলা সভাপতি অ্যাডভোকেট তোফাজ্জেল হোসেন, যুগ্ম-মহাসচিব ও সিরাজগঞ্জ জেলা সভাপতি আমিনুল ইসলাম ঝন্টু, যুগ্ম-মহাসচিব ও রংপুর মহানগর সাধারণ সম্পাদক এসএম ইয়াসির, সাংগঠনিক সম্পাদক ও বোচাগঞ্চ উপজেলা চেয়ারম্যান অ্যাড. মোঃ জুলফিকার হোসেন, রাজশাহী জেলা সভাপতি অধ্যাপক আবুল হোসেন, চাপাইনবাবগঞ্জ জেলা সভাপতি মোঃ নজরুল ইসলাম সোনা, পাবনা জেলা সভাপতি মোঃ হায়দার আলী, রাজশাহী জেলা সাধারণ সম্পাদক শামসুদ্দিন রিন্টু, মহাঃ সাঃ সম্পাদক মোস্তাফিজুর রহমান ডালিম, নাটোর জেলা সাঃ সম্পাদক আলাউদ্দিন মৃধা, ঠাকুরগাও জেলা সাঃ সম্পাদক রেজাউর রাজী স্বপন চৌধুরী, পাবনা জেলা সাধারণ সম্পাদক কাদের খান কদর, সিরাজগঞ্জ সাধারণ সম্পাদক মির্জা গাজী ফারুক, দিনাজপুর জেলা সাঃ সম্পাদক আহমদে শফি রুবেল, নীলফামারী জেলা সদস্য সচিব শাহজাহান আলী চৌধুরী, লালমনিরহাট ভারপ্রাপ্ত সাঃ সম্পাদক সেকেন্দার আলী, পঞ্চগড় জেলা সাঃ সম্পাদক আবু সালেক, গাইবান্ধা জেলা সাঃ সম্পাদক সরওয়ার হোসেন শাহিন।
